Job Summary

A non-exempt, clerical position responsible for providing outstanding customer service to the patients and their families. Greet patients, prepare necessary forms, and collects completed forms as necessary. Following prescribed procedures, obtains financial and demographic information from patients in a sensitive and caring manner. Maintains appropriate levels of confidentiality. Uses the practice management system to verify and update patient data and scheduled appointments as necessary. Under supervision of provider(s) and the Site Manager, he/she participates in providing health promotion, health maintenance and management of illnesses for patients of the Family Medical Centers. 

Qualifications:

  1. Education: High School diploma or equivalent 
  2. Experience: One year of experience in a medical/ dental office, customer service or reception, preferably in a medical/dental office.
